What Are Team Building / Corporate Days?

Our Team building days are just that. A day for your team to take some time out from the busyness of your jobs and develop your team as well as enhancing your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
Every day is tailor made for the group attending so that we can best meet your needs. You can either choose one of our topic specific days or we can create one to meet your outcomes.
We run both Full and Half days, as well as shorter workshops depending on your needs and requirements.
Who is it for?
Our Team Building days are designed for anyone who wishes to attend, whether you are a corporate business, a health care team, Volunteer groups or even a group of friends, hen parties or team wishing to reconnect with their best self’s. (These days are aimed at adults only).
During your time with us the site will be closed to other clients, enabling us to solely focus on your team, and creating a secure environment for you to really immerse yourself in the day without distraction
These days are also becoming increasingly popular with business to help their employees de-stress as well as spending some time building a better rapport
What happens on the day?
We offer a range of days. From a traditional educational day spent around the horses caring for them and learning how to interact with them there behavioural patterns and participating in team building exercises. If desired riding along. A traditionally catered lunch, (menus to cater for all dietary requirements) through to wellness days that are built around spending time reconnecting with yourself. Mmindfulness sessions from our qualified mindful specialist and forst-beathing expert, these sessions are tailored to your preferred itinerary and can even include a diverse lunch cooked out in nature.
Choices
This is a day for you, so what happens is up to you! You can either choose one of our topic specific days or we can work with you to design a day that is tailor made for your team.
Before coming we will send you a short survey for all attendees to complete so we know a little about you your team and what your desired outcomes for the day are.

No horse experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know. Please note there are restrictions on height and weight on riding involved with the day if a chosen activity the day.
The staff, horses and facilities will be available for the day and at your disposal. There will also be unlimited complementary Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate/cold drinks and biscuits available all day.
Are there any weather restrictions.
Due to our extensive facilities, we are able to continue our sessions in all weathers, some of the more nature holistic sessions are only run during the warm months due to the nature of the sessions, however all horse-based session are available all year round
Corporate Sponsorship opportunities
We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities where by business are invited to sponsor young people who benefit for our alternative education programme (please see other pages of this website) that are otherwise precluded due to finical constraints. Within these sponsorship packages we offer a ratioed free day dependent on the generosity of the company. This allows companies to help young people on these amazing journeys whilst giving back to their staff and creating a more balanced work environment. Local Accommodation
We are ideally situated in a rural location however we are only a 20 min car journey from the historic city of Chester, for those that want to incorporate this reconnection journey with some extra time away.
We are with easy reach of several prominent hotels such as The Pheasant, Caren park hotel, MacDonald’s Hotel and The Grosvenor along with a range of local B&Bs available upon request.
